#15 Hex Bolt ECSTuning # 14703 Mfg#: 07119905394(Ended) Mfg#: 07119905394 $0.99 ea.
Pull Rod

Right ECSTuning # 127044 Mfg#: 51618040052 $81.82
I ordered #16 Hex Bolt With Washer - Pack Of 10 M8x35-U1 ECSTuning #: 2538306 Mfg#: 07119905533KT $7.00 Pack of 10.
I'm sure these are longer than the four stock Hex bolt with washer M8X18-U1-8.8 Mfg# 07119905529 on the Connecting support.

BTW, here's the TIS for install and torque spec on E60 M5 vehicle.

24 Nm = 17.7 lb ft
I'm still researching torque value for #17 screw.

I believe BMW of San Diego Parts dept. gave me the wrong bolts (#16), again. Bolts are too big to fit through the holes (connecting support side with 2 bolts attached per pull rod).
I guess I would have to reuse the original bolts, #18 -- Hex bolt with washer M8X18-U1-8.8 Mfg# 07119905529 ( like what the OP, Ricky did).

I don't feel too comfortable looking at the install pull rods attached to the original exhaust bracket; they sit too low and I'm afraid they may get hit by a higher-than-normal bumps or stuff on the road.I ordered the original M5 BMW OEM 18307836970 Exhaust Bracket/Exhaust Hanger/Parts. I will reinstall the pull rods using the correct bracket. You can see the indentation where the pull rods are screwed on flushed to the bracket; this way they're higher off the ground than the previous setup. I will take pictures of the install.
