The feeling is 1000 time better now after installed it.
I cant remember the name for the LCI leather but this is much softer than my pre LCI 1

How hard is it to swap? Are there instructions anywhere?

it is very easy to install.
for the left and right 1 you just screw it on but for the middle 1 you need to drill 4 holes to bolt it on
