Installation of M5 Rear

Hi all,
I am thinking of getting the M5 rear on my '06 550 and am wondering if it will be an easy swap where no additional hardwares need to be purchased? I have read on the forum (and can be wrong about this) that installing the M5 kit requires additional hardware and the PDCs are spaced out differently. Can someone please help me out on what exactally needs to be done? Thanks.
