Hi everybody,
I have recently upgraded my E61 from HiFi to Individual audio and everything seems nice except the front door speakers and headliner speakers seem to be very quiet.
It feels like they are on 30% volume while the dash center speaker and subwoofers are on 100%.
It's an Individual audio kit from an X5M E70.
I haven't fitted the rear door speakers yet, still waiting for parts to arrive, but I don't think that's relevant in this context.
Switching from and to surround mode changes the sound, but doesn't seem to affect the overall volume of said speakers.
Could the amp be bad? Could it be an amp software issue? Has anyone had a similar experience?

Did you try turning off the sound processor and verify that your speaker terminals are in the correct spots on the amplifier?
