My bid is in on the 05 545 at Manheim Ohio tomorrow morning - I know I won't sleep a bit at all tonight in anticipation! Assuming I win the bid, the first order of business is an Mtech kit from Trinity and a set of wheels. Totally debating over 172's and 166's but can't decide. Anyone want to chime in with pros & cons?

My vote is neither of those wheels. The 166's are too played out. The 172's are just blah and they are a PIA to clean. You should go with the 167's (M6) wheels. They, hands down, look the best of the 3 OEM 19" choices.

I like the 167's and I also like the M5 65's from 2000-2003. Anyone know if they will fit an e60? I know member Camerri has replica 65's that look awesome but didn't know if replicas are made the same size as OEM's or not.
