Maybe the FSD wouldn't be a bad choice after all. See link for a Tirerack review of the Koni Sport, Koni FSD, and BMW OE sport package dampers on an E46 330Ci. I think I might still lean toward the Koni Sports -- I plan to do a couple of track days a year and it would be nice to have be able to adjust it tighter for that, but overall the FSD sounds pretty good.

Cheapest prices I've seen are $625 for Sport and $675 for FSD.

Dam good write up. Since I dont feel like adjusting. The FSD makes more sense. ARS comes with the auto leveling in the sport package. This car is a base model cause its sitting in the clouds and it came with those nasty 16' factory rims 225/50 Plus when I take a left or right hand turn it dips and rolls . I'll try to post a sig today!

I am looking at 835 for the fsd+eibach lowering kit..thanks alot

That's a really good deal considering the best price I've seen for the FSD's alone is 675. I already bought the Eibach springs by themself, but it might be worth taking another set at that price then reselling one of them.

The stockers were 225/50/16 on the base rims that came on the car, Rim #134 I Believe, bmwwheels has a picture of them . So these are the sport wheels for the 04 for the 525. Here are some with out the tape measure. You might see it complete at the wheel meet in April
