E60, E61 Parts, Accessories and Mods Discussion about both stock and aftermarket parts for the E60. Accessories and modifications too!

I think its time to get rid of the 166's for some 20's.

Anyways, was debating these or the Miro 111's in hyper silver. Not sure. The only way I'd go a black look was with a chrome or silver accent on the outside. Not sure if the above wheels are a little "dated" in terms of style, and HDR always makes things look better than how they appear in-person so I'm still leary of it. All I know is I think 20's are the perfect sized wheel for the E60, and despite my long love of the 166's, everything gets old after a while.

Here are the Miro 111's on a Jet Black E60.

I am such a Miro 111 advocate. My ride is lowered with H&R Sport Springs and stock sport shocks. To me, the ride is much better than stock. I had stock wheels and run flats and it road much harder IMO. Now it ride smoother on Hankook V12s. The Miro 111 really bring out our vehicles. I think they one of the most stunning wheels for the 5 and they are not that expensive. I recommend going for the 20s. 20s fill the car out perfectly and drop on H&R Sports springs. The H&Rs lower the car to the perfect height. I did have to get my fenders rolled and some lining shaved, because I had slight rubbing in the rear. Now I can have 5 people in the car and a trunk full of luggage with no rubbing. Make sure you take it to a well skilled fender roller, if you have rubbing issues. Next stop KW V2 coilovers. No matter what you do go for 20s.
