I showed him the pictures supplied by you guys and he agreed to install a cigar lighter socket, for the Monster charger, and the Aux Input socket in the centre console for me.? It took two days (together with messing about with my retro fit PDC) and 220 euros.? But it's a neat job.? Just need to buy the iPOD now.? Thanks for all the advice.

Every time I put the attachment in and click either 'add this attachment' or add reply or preview post I'm sent straight to the E60 forum...........index.php page and the message Page cannot be displayed. Don't know where I'm going wrong !

Either one of two things too large in pixel size and/or too large a file period. Try reducing to 1024x800 or a little less. Depending on where you started this could be anywhere from 100kb to 450kb. Should work ok then.

Is it possible to have more than one AUX in? I am about to purchase a used MY2004 E60 and I will have them install HDTV and I assume it will use the AUX-in. Can I install more than one Aux-in device, or do I have to unplug one before I can use the other. I was going to use an Aux-In for my Ipod too, since my http://www.phatnoise.com/products/digitalm...ayers/index.php BMW Phatbox won't work in my E60. I am using it now in my X5, but I will get rid of that after I buy the E60.

I don't think more than one is possible.

But maybe you could use a Y-connector on that AUX-In...

Y-connector would give multiple device options without having to make room by plugging and unplugging.....just remember to play one at a time

The only problem with a Y-connector could be, that you may lose sound quality..
