I thought you were selling your HID AE's?

Not necessarily looking for a solution, but will to help with R&D , since I've already tested a few products already...including brabus's first attempt at an LCI AE HID kit...

R9ndy is going Orion V2s!

Members who have tried HID AEs know which one is the finest...

I gave up test fitting for HID AEs so if Brabus figures this out for the LCI, it will be a great cheaper brighter option!

Yeah, I was telling another forum member that has LCI that it probably be cheaper to go HID AE if this works out. The obvious contingency being how it looks compared to Orion v2's. The other downside of HID AE would probably be not being able to wire it so it turns on/off with unlock/lock?

The voltage draw after headlights turn on are only good using one set of cables. Relays need a minimum of 8 volts to work and HID ballasts need a minimum of 9 volts to work. Using one cable, it turns on without any problems. Will do more tests next week.

Too bad only for LCI models. I would love to have the angel lights come on when unlocking my car at night or have them as my day lights .

Oh yes yes yes! Works flawlessly! When u unlock the car, courtesy lights come on (eyebrows, angel eyes, taillights, license plate lamps). When u turn on headlights, it comes on with full brightness. As drls, anyone can see you. No error codes, just happy clean results. Now I gotta make a few sets of cables and also clean up some wiring. But my oh my. It looks nice. I uninstalled it on my car so I can clean up wiring. It should be an east plug and play and splice. Yippeee!
