12k looks cool but has terrible output. I have 10000k bulbs but went for 8000k. Have you ever noticed what kind of cars are running 10000k+ bulbs?

 

Hi, did you have any light bulb out error with HID kits from ddmtuning? I have a 2008 528i too and I'm getting 3 sets of ddmtuning HID kits too(hi, low, and fog). So, I'm just wondering if I should also get the "error code eliminator" too? I was gonna send you a PM but I'm new to the forum so it doesn't let me(or i couldn't find where to do so?) .

Has anyone bought HID headlight bulbs from ebay? I purchased some a while back and have had three module/control arms burn out in a 3 month period, it is either due to the bulbs or the HID angel eyes kit or something else totally. Not sure if I'd buy any ebay HID bulbs in the future though just to be safe.

 

Ebay bulbs are okay. A hit or miss though. And yes you need error cancel eliminators. On my car even though the error code was coded out the HID fogs were still flickering but when I installed the error cancel eliminators the flicker was gone.

 

I have used DDM HID kits in 4 of my cars and never had an issue, don't listen to that tool up their, they are very good quality
