One of the few shops that does work at a reasonable rate.
Ive found that ALL except one tuner shop up here is a fly by night deal. They dont care if you come back as long as they get you the first time.

hey monster...if your willing to drive a little bit, maybe some NoVA/DC members can suggest some places that will do the job for more reasonable prices. Richmond just doesn't seem to have a competitive market for this type of thing and i think you might be better off if there's something up north.
