I've got a dash cam mounted at the front (near the rear view mirror) and a rear facing one on the rear window. I've tried to route cables in a DIY fashion in the tidiest way possible. It's not invisible but I'm trying to make it tidy. However, I'm struggling to find the best way to keep the cables along the route I choose. I've tried these little devices: https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon....1KKSSWmvPL.jpg which have adhesive backs but they have fallen off.

I'm looking for a non-permanent solution though so I can reverse the process when it comes to selling the car.

Any ideas?
