How difference between 20"x8.5 F 20"x9.5 R and 20"x8.5

I found the spec and offset in BBS japan website : It is 8.5 or 9x20" F and 10x20" R for BBS LM model but 8.5x20" F and 8.5x20" F and 9.5x20" R for BBS LMR model !!!!
So I wonder why??

using the wider the wheel 20x8.5F vs 20x10R the lip will be bigger in the back, also you can put on a 275-295 tire...
Some wheels are made 20x8.5 some could be 20x9.... and for the rear you can have 20x9-10.5 if you want
