DYNO graphs etc done by certain companies... well, should say a lot since those companies are selling that specific product and dont want to say, oh lose business? Just for kicks and curiosity, a good friend just had a mustang dyno installed. I am going to run a few tests with and without the DIY scoop and see what happens.

RPI or $2 scoops, i chose RPI since it's proven. Pretty sure a $2 scoop can duplicate the results if made correctly.



will this thread be another thread i can eat popcorn while reading? What's the big deal? $100 RPI scoops and $2 DIY scoops? If you're a car enthusiast, you like to make things yourself. Has anyone made their own subwoofer box instead of buying one? You guys know the answer.

also where did you get the 2-4 whp? RPI dynos showed anywhere between 5-10 whp.

Did you dyno it with the scoops? Didnt think so.
