1 1000/1 should be good. no need to have 2 500/1. Now if you want a balla sub I got an extra Hertz mille ML3000. I have one in my tahoe and I am very happy wtih it and I have an Arc Audio flatline 12 that would walk all over the JL stuff. I give you a good price on it.

hey KU should i get a fiberglass enclosure to save some weight? or should i just get it made the old fashion way with mdf board?

Fiberglass is not as light as you think it is when it comes to enclosures. I would use 1" baltic birch instead of mdf. It is lighter and stronger. save the glass work for beauty panel or finishing touches if you want curves and what not.

Looks fine to me. It says it is a afe....... there is not much to it since it is truely not a cold air intake. I should be fine barring there are no fitment issues.
