Just for future reference, it was available on other models as well, not only the M5, option code 0760 Shadowline highgloss.

I bought both Gloss black and regular black from BMWShadowLine. If you have a light color I would go with Gloss black otherwise stay with the regular one.

If you are planning on doing the shadowline trim urself, let me tell you ---- ITS A LOT OF WORK !

Anyone can put it on with 50 bubles all over but I did mine over a period of 5 hours with abosulutely ZERO bubles.
The problem begins when ur trim is a little damaged which i assume most trims are. The slight uneven ness causes the sticker to loose strength and later tear it. So I had to stick small clear tape on the damaged spots before I put the shadowline.

Ask me -- I would never buy the sticker, its BETTER n EASIER to just get a ready black trim from your dealer\vendor.
