HID angel eyes
Hello,
I´m looking for some proper HID bulbs to fit into my angel eyes. Does anybody have any experience with fitting a HID bulb into the AEs??? I´ve heard something like the HID bulbs reach higher temperatures than classic halogen bulbs, or LED bulbs. Won´t they make any harm in the structure of the AE rings....I mean in those circle shaped tubes??? And would you recommend something like this: Xenóny H8 - Bi-Xenony.sk - auto-xenony / bixenony, HID xenónové sady ??? These are 35w, 12V and 6 000k..should I go for them? Thank you

I would, but personal messages don´t work or what so it would be fine if somebody could post here what angel eyes should I go for...what voltage and how many watts to keep the angel eyes from damage caused by heat of the HIDs but reaching that beutiful brightness they give. Thanx

Yes, those are nice, not sure if they are available in our country...btw I also use LED bulbs (CREE 4 SMD chips on each bulb) but they are not as bright as the HIDs are. They are well seen in dark, or when it´s getting a bit darker as seen in the pic you posted, but direct sunlight shining at them, theyir quite dull, that´s why I´m considering HIDs. Error messages should appear only in case when the consumtion of the bulb is less than 35watts - in that case the sensors think the bulbs failed...btw I must mention, that for example inspections can be switched off in the fog ligts. That means even using an LED bulb in your fogs (with less consumption compared to the halogenes) no error messages appear...you don´t need CANBUS LED´s and the like. I assume it´s also possible to carry out this procedure with your AEs.
