Help Request w/M5 Wheels Rubbing on 545i

I've got a 2004 545i with the Dinan Stage 1 suspension upgrade. I recently ordered the Style 166 rims (M5 front and M6 back) and had Michelin tires (255/40 R19 front and 285/35 R19 rear) mounted on them. This new set up was to replace the stock Style 124 wheels (running 245/40 and 275/35 front and back, respectively).
It's clear upon mounting the set that this tire/wheel combination is too tall and won't work (I should have done my homework beforehand but that's another story...). I am trying to figure out what optons I have at this point (as it's becoming clear the shop I'm working with is not experienced w/this).
Is anybody running the M5/M6 Style 166 rims on a 545i with the Dinan Stage 1 suspension upgrade? If so, what tires are you using and what has your experience been?
It seems it should be possible to run these wheels on my car (with different tires), but I certainly don't want to order another set of tires that won't work. Likewise, my local shop doesn't appear able to provide good guidance and I'd like to get some other perspectives. I've done a search of the archives and gotten some info but would appreciate some more direct feedback from folks.
Thanks.

The OEM recommendation for non-M5 tires are 245/35 & 275/30.

+1 It is not the Dinan Suspension but the tires you running. Your unning M5 Tire Sizes on a Non-M Car. I just installed my OEM 166;s on 245/35/19 and 275/30/19 tires and there is no rubbing at all.

+3 No problem with the wheels - it's the tires causing your trouble.
The Dinan suspension upgrade does not lower the car that much (about 3/4"), but given where I am at this point, it'd be great to hear that someone is using the M5 wheels on a vehicle that has been slightly lowered.
Thanks.

yes BW even with the H&R sport springs that are more agressive than the Dinan's no rubbing unless the car is packed and going at high speeds on a real messed up road.
