Help: Just installed cradle phone not charging

My Ride: 545, Auto, Sport, L7, Pdc, Sunshades, Silver Gray/Black, 19x8.5/9.5 Monet Wheels, Michelin PS A/S Tires, Full M-KIt, B&B Exhaust, 20% Llumar Tint
Problem solved it was a bad base piece (the one with the wires coming out) / Replaced it this morning, plugged it in and now it?s charging away

**UPDATE**
I just spoke with the parts guy at Crevier BMW here in SoCal / I guess when I went to get the replacement base/eject box he actually gave me an eject box that looked exactly the same as the one I originally ordered but has different part number.
He said that he was curious why I originally asked for a different part number (the one that didn?t work) but he figured I knew something he didn?t. The part number I started with was 84-21-6-946-075 (from the Roadfly thread linked to here in a couple posts) and the one that is now in and operating correctly is 84-21-6-941-464. Again they look exactly the same and the plugs are all the same. Don?t know what the difference is?all I know is one worked and one didn?t
So in the end I ended up installing:
51-16-7-060-175 Telephone Support $19.40
84-21-6-941-464 Eject Box $104.80
84-21-0-307-726 V600 Adaptor $100.00
Works great very happy / Very Easy install / 16.1
