Default Help identifying clips for cigarette lighter ports in center console

The other day when I was removing the cigarette lighting ports from the center console, one of the metal clips that holds it in place got caught on something and snapped when I tried to bend it back into place. Does anybody have a part no for the metal clips/clamps that hold the cigarette lighter ports in place? I've looked through every result for "clip" and "clamp" on RealOEM and have quite literally seen every clip besides the one that I need.

Cigarette lighter part no: 51166951141

I doubt that you will be able to buy just the clips anyway. Parts like that are generally part of an assembly. Your best bet would be to see if you can find the cigarette lighter part at a junkyard and maybe convince them to sell you just the clips, or search this site for someone who may be parting out their E60.

Maybe this is the case. The only other place I remember seeing clips exactly like these ones were used to hold the reading light housings up to the roof, but even those I believe are slightly different from these. All of the assemblies that I can find online either have damaged clips or missing, or they're a ridiculous price.

I just looked it up, its all one assembly. Your best bet would be to find a decent used one.

I had to replace the panel above that one and found a pretty clean looking used one on eBay.

Mine got pretty mangled when I removed that panel as well. Fortunately mine did not snap but were completely bent 180 degrees. I’m really sorry to hear you’re broke as I also saw that they were not available separately.
