Center Console Latch

The plastic latch has broken on my center console causing the armrest to not stay shut. The issue is with the plastic "lip" that has broken off. I hate to replace the whole center console for just this part. Is the black plastic plate that is on the under side of the armrest a repair part?

Is this link of any help? If not, I'm sure rudy will post a gem
console removal
I suspect you you only need to replace one of the parts....
