Guess what... I have the wood piece installed and it was easy to find and easy to do for my dealer...

 

something "funnier" happened when my service advisor called me back couple days ago. i told him a few of my problems and of course bluetooth as well. he asked me, "what do i need to do?" wtf ! i was almost speechless at that moment . i think any of the member in here can take his job . i have to explain to him step by step, told him the service bulletin number, etc. isn't it really something ?

 

Oh, BTW, I've got software version 14 now in my car!
