for coilovers kw and ksport are good brands. for springs and shocks im running h&r sport and bilstein shocks

how about drop heights i want a pretty aggressive stance?

its up to you when it comes to height. i would only suggest getting springs and shocks because coilovers are a nono when it comes snow time

the salt in the snow is bad for your coils and cheaper/older coils seize up and become as good as trash

it depends on your set up. if u get coilovs you can adjust them and make them feel just like OEM or super stiff. but with springs and shocks it will be just a little stiffer because the spring rates are different
