its up to you when it comes to height. i would only suggest getting springs and shocks because coilovers are a nono when it comes snow time

it depends on your set up. if u get coilovs you can adjust them and make them feel just like OEM or super stiff. but with springs and shocks it will be just a little stiffer because the spring rates are different
