I just brought a Mtech kit for my car....but my car has pdc....while the bumper doesnt seem to be drilled! The shop told me that its ok...like there is a mark at the inside to show where the holes must be drilled..

Is this correct or he just lyed to me saying that it can fit a pdc version..but in actual fact for a non pdc version?....the inside looks like a braket for pdc..and stencil like for drilling however it does not have any holes!

From what i KNow, Bumpers that are oem mtec have two versions, one with pdc and one without pdc. THe bumper with pdc, have brackets on the bumper itself to support the sensors to clip right in. Hmm if it has four clips front and back , then you might need to drill them. But this is the first time i heard about it.

Oh....so basically to specify if its a pdc or non pdc version we just need to look if there is a braket behind the bumper?

Yes, the bracket looks like it would hold a sensor in place, its hard to explain without pictures, but if you look behind the bumper and see four brackets with clips then it could be it, but if it looks like its brackets to hold the bumper onto the car, then no. Look at your current car and see the spacing between the sensors, it should give you a better sense of where the brackets should be.
