Thumbs up

have you seen the new 2006 M5 illuminated door sill plates yet? If so how did you like them?

But what is your opinion of changing over to just the non-illuminated "M" door sills for $253.00!?

Thanks in advance.

YES, the new 2006 M5 illuminated door sill plates does look very cool, (like its ride, and I saw a set last week on the new M5), but remember the are official M5 Plates, and would probably cost us tremendously from BMW NA to own a set for our e60's.

To give us some idea what they should cost, I have comparable prices on just the "BMW" illuminated door plates that cost: from $525.00 to $750.00 for our e60's.

I will stay with the Non-illuminated "M" door plates, (like the one you posted here at the forum)
