john if i were you, id probably be even more indecisive. +1 the hartge is more rare.. maybe i would go for the hartge just because

its all personal preference. You have a point thou that the Hartge is rare. But everytime i look at my car it looks very aggressive.

Hamann splitter is designed to have the front "air channeled diffuser" functionality to be used for high speed down force capability.
and if you like at the Hartge one it blends in as if looks like part of the front body, you just see the side flares optically only.
