I agree that better clips are needed.
If you don't wish to rev/blip the exhaust for whatever reason, then do drive-bys, or an aggressive take off. You really get the essence of the exhaust when it's under load.

hye man not to be rude, but is it possible for you to post a video where you take quick stabs at the throttle (some to 1k 2k 3k 4k 5k and like redline)? it will give us a better sense of what it actally sounds like. I also have a 550 and want to do this conversion. I know this car sounds like a beast.....inside.......raawrrrrwwww

the two candidates: hamann and eisenmann
HAMANN (1.990,- euro for exhaust + 399,- euro for diff)
EISENMANN (1.333,- euro for exhaust + 299,- euro for diff)
I think the diff from Eisenmann is very cool!
Any opinions?!

the other side (right ) only allows smoke and gasses to come out... not much sound tho, unfortunately
you can always go rdsport if you have the mula
wait for britalman to come out with he exhaust for the e60. look at britalman.com for clips of the e63 (545/550)... its truely magnificent
to the post starter: I hate to keep bugging , but is it possible for you to rev it beastly, agressive? thnx muxh.... love the car

guys we must understand that mates posting here are 1 not pros in making vids its just for fun, 2 most of the time to shoot a nice sound and pic exhausts is the most difficult, 3 to rev it and show you on a clip is also difficult.

Many of us would love to hear the 545i/550i sound with Hamann quads but slightly more agressive. That's it. No biggie. I understand the normal crusing speed but...an exhaust is more than that. It's like wanting to hear the other part of the story.
And i don't think it would be that hard to shoot a video. I know this is the 1st thing i'll do when i'll get my exhaust, but the problem is my sound won't be that interesting than the one coming from a V8. Just choose a nice day when there's no hurricane passing by, a nice spot (home, even garage or whatever) and have someone taping it or if none is available make it statical.
