They will give an error and they stink.
Just wait about 1 month. First prototype will be ready for you then with no error and 2X brightness of the nearest competitor

its not going to be too bright since u need the LEDs pointing at the ring itself. That's what I believe is on the pre LCI angel eyes. Not sure of LCI angel eyes

LCI essentially uses a fiber optic cable between the two rings. Its not the same refracting style as the Pre-LCI if i remember right.
I've worked on a few E90's, not so much the E60's.

They'll throw an error message and won't be as bright.

A new Ultra High-Powered version for the LCI model is going to be released soon so just be on a look out for an announcement from us

I have the H8 Thunder Bulbs on my 08 535. I fully agree with the OP. My outer rings are dim and the inner rings are bright. Looks odd.

But I am happy that the yellow is gone and is replaced with pure white.

Thanks to Gene (Post #5 above) for giving us the first clear explanation for why that brightness un-evenness happens.
