I am ready to replace the piece of crap RFTs on my two weeks old 530. I spent serious $$ on a beautiful car but it pissed me off everytime i drive over a bump on the road....feeling like driving fred flintstone's car.
The new tires are on ordered at Costco.
I don't want to bring the RFT home and take up space in my garage. I feel bad throwing away brand new tires. Hopefully I can find a buyer in my area that want RFT.

I noticed my front tires are 275/35ZR18 95Y and my rear are 245/40R18 93Y rated. I ordered the same front and rear ratings, but I got these. Is this OK, or does it make a negative diiference? Should I go back to costco and complain?

All I can say is WOW!!! What a difference, I cant beleive I waited a year to do this. The car finally feels the way I thought it should. Its a shame BMW uses run-flats,

Yes, you are right : fitted PS2 two months ago and same impressions!

I wonder if the load ratings are different simply because the sizes are different? It's probably no big deal in any case. I didn't even pay attention to mine. I just checked Tire Rack and they list load ratings for the A/S PS2's the same as what you got from Costco.

If anything, it should be the other way round - 245 front and 275 rear.

Yea, sorry I mixed up front and rear, but what about the Z and speed ratings being different. I ordered them to be the same. Does it make any difference?

I think that is just the actual measured effective load rating of the tire in that size. Same material in a substatially different profile would have different load bearing capacity. Seems perfectly plausible and likely nothing to worry about.
