I live in a state where a front license plate is required by law. The OEM bracket requires drilling into the front of the bumper. Does anyone know where I can find a bracket that requires no or minimal hole drilling?

Google is your friend:

And for those of you who want to remove their license plate bracket, I just installed these on my car:

I got the bumper plugs on my last car $45 !!!! and not a great fit , did yours turn out good?
I guess they are baically a trim cover plug painted, there really isnt much else out there to hide holes except body work which gets expensive

I put my front plate in a basic black frame and used 3M Double-sided Auto tape to fix the whole assembly to the front bumper. Holds tight and won't leave any holes if I ever want to remove it (not that the front plate 'law' in NJ will ever go away !).

For the ones I got, I had to enlarge the holes with a drill (per the instructions). I think that means the regular bracket will never fit again, but the plugs snugged up nicely to the bumper. $24.95 + shipping.

Here's a link to an older thread that contains an alternative bracket. This bracket mounts from the bottom of the bumper and not the face (you have to drill holes in the bottom so they're not visible like the ones on the front...)

this one comes maunal or automatic with a flip of the switch. I personally would get the manual since its alot cheaper. Ingenius Idea tho just mounts on the bottom of your front bumper.
