i don't think it will work! The elmer's verson is in the arts and craft sections of office depot not were the pens and pencils are. I almost didn;t find it myself.

I like what you did, but I don't think it will work for us here in the UK (i.e the rain is never to far off to wash them away) or are they permenant & can stand up to the wheather?

THE PAINT ON THE ELMERS PENS IS THE SAME PAINT USED IN SPARY CANS I BELIEVE. THE PENS EVEN BRING A LITTLE BALL INSIDE LIKE A SPRAY PAINT CAN LIKE THAT YOU CAN SHAKE THE PAINT. TO INSURE THAT THE PAINT WONT COME OFF I WOULD EVEN SPARY IT WITH A LIGHT CLEAR COAT.
