Very nice. Lucky you only have to wait a couple day to mount it. I have to wait until the million and a half feet of snow we have melts to get mine painted/installed...

Ok got the car back from the dealer today. Changed out the OEM license plate bulbs and installed the LED's.
Removed the stock spoiler, still have some clean up to do before installing the RD Sport. Pics forthcoming.
Removing the stock spoiler was a pain! That thing was on there.

I thought some of you may be interested in knowing what your up against with the stock spoiler removal.
I used fishing line to cut through the adhesive underneath the spoiler. It was a pain, definitely takes some patience. I think it took me about an hour to get it off.
I did use some heat but I wasn't sure it actually helped because it may have been causing my fishing line to break more frequently.
Here are some pics to show the adhesive.
Now I just have to get the trunk prepped for the new spoiler. Any ideas on the best way to remove all this adhesive without destroying my paint?
The RD Sport spoiler isn't going to cover most of this.

OK the saga continues. Unfortunately while removing the 1" thick adhesive I removed about a 3/4" strip of paint in one spot that will not be covered by the new spoiler.
I've attached some pics of the spot. What do you guys think can it be fixed or will I need the entire trunk lid sprayed?
The worn paint on the edge I don't beleive I caused when removing the adhesive. I think thats just wear from the soiler rubbing/vibrating. It could possibly be from the fishing line removal but I used the same stuff on both sides and the same technique so I don't beleive this is the case.
Either way I guess if I have to get it resprayed I'll get the MTech bumper installed at the same time.
