ok so i rolled my front fenders cause it rubs when going up driveways... i rolled em pretty well w/ a baseball bat. no paint cracks or nada. problem is the plastic around the inside of the fender (top & side) is now just hanging there and its ugly. what do i do?
Here are the 2 things I usually do in this situation.

1st
Get a heat gun, and slowly reshape the plastic so its out of the way, or held up against the inner lip of the fender.

2nd
If that doesnt do it for you, just start cutting whatever bugs you.

it usually is, the rear fenders are double walled on the edges. It is where your outer body meets the fender well

when they rolled my rears they jacked the car up 1 side at a time and /angle the fat end of the bat against the outside edge of the inner fender lip and lower the jack until the tire is a little snug against the bat but with just enuff room to rotate the bat towards the front of the car against the inside of the lip. he did stop and start again as he made progress to adjust the jack/bat but it didnt take long at all. end result the inner lips are rolled perfectly smooth on the inside.

It sounds "primative" i know....

I learned about the spot from non BMW car fourm and when i went i thought they would be useing that rolling tool...they they said they used the bat and it turned out perfect charged me $50 bucks for both sides.

Use a ping pong paddle on the other side of the fender.
