Well I just used silicone on mine and have no issue with condensation. Haven't tried Flex seal yet. But it works. I'm planning to get a can.

Could be down to climate too, I live in the damp moggy auld Ireland!!

I have seen that Flex Seal in commercials so much, and was really excited to try it. But after doing pretty extensive research, it seems it's a too good to be true, marketing yap yap.

I've heard some good reports about stuff called 'Tech 7' (at least i think that's what it was called) I might give that a shot.
