ET40 for sure is going to be much flush fitting like OEM. Anything between 38-45 looks good. 33 is a bit too aggressive and only looks good on some rim styles that give that sporty look. Comfort wise, they are going to be similar.

That will impact driving etc, but mostly the car will look crap

. For large size wheels, it can also cause rubbing.

ET20 is a non-XI offset. My car's sport 123's came with ET20. I currently have a 19x10 with ET14 on rear and 19x10 with ET22 on front. should definitely get alignment when switching to offsets that are much different than your original.
