I WILL SAY THIS ONLY ONE MORE TIME. SPEED CAMERAS ARE NOT INCLUDED ON THE OEM DISCS.
They were added by someone to the original disc but what you have is a COPY. Search for how to add this to your disc, rather than trying to find out why Speed Cameras are not on your original disc.
