help

I'm trying to wire my v1 into the yellow and green wire that goes to the mirror. However my 04 simply does not have the wire! I've looked everywhere and found only 1 and it was the sunroof which I tested. What other wire can I use to power it???

Its not, I spent 1 hour looking around. Only 1 green/yellow wire and its the sun roof. I looked in the thread for the hardwire and it seems people with earlier e60's have have the wire either.

 

just route the wire and hardwire into the cigarette lighter. makes things a lot easier.

 

I was in the same boat. I looked for 1.5 hours. However, I am color blind too and was struggling with the green. Got my wife out and she took 2 seconds to point it out.
