Eibach Spring Install help wanted

Hey guys, found a link to this forum in performance bmw magazine uk.
I just received my order for eibach springs from the USA and i was wondering if anyone had any guides or "how to" on the install.
Its for a 2004 E60 530I.
Ive been quoted HUGE coin for the install $650AUS - $700AUS , so im keen to tackle it myself.
Ive already got a lot of tools, spring compressors and my mate has all the gear for the brake lines.
Anyone here done it, or have a link to it somewhere ???
