My Ride: 2006 530xi (Titanium Grey/ Black interior) Debaged, L.e.d. light upgrade throughout. ACS roof spoiler. H&R sport sprigs, Angel eye upgrade, euro sticker, ,matte black grills.

First step of blue interior lights is done.
The next step is the instument cluster : But I have a big problem. The leds are build inside the little motors. Can somebody help me for open them up or even better for new little motors so I can do some experiments.
Any other tips and tricks are welcome

Sweet job man! Awesome work! I was thinking of doing the same thing. I hope you took pictures of the process to make a DIY! Where did you get the LEDs? Do you have a link? How many?

@ sevenup guy : actually its not that difficult. The soldering is the easy part. Opening everything up is the hard part
@ Krazi Bluntz : I bought them on ebay.de and I have the 3528 SMD blau led PLCC2 Tacho
@ balbs : Sorry I have only pictures of the result . I used 2 DIY's of this forum. One for the cluster that you can find in this thread, and one to remove the radio.
They where a great help for me.
Buy 100 smd leds and that should be enough.

You should fold your sets back and take a picture of the entire setup lit up at night from the rear seat, interested in what the combination of the two looks like.
