Hello! E61 535ix 2009. Looking at some options for intercooler and downpipe, and BOV vs DV

What is done so far?
-High Side BMS Catch can
- VRSF 2" inlets
- Shit ass VRSF hot air intake cone filters
- VRSF charge pipe
- ECS billet Diverter valves
- Stage 1 MHD tune (pretty tame before I do more mods)
- Ridiculous amount of maintenance items

Intercooler - I was looking at Evolution Racewerks one that has a setup for a upgraded lower charge pipe as well. It is 5 inch so not sure if I should try to find an alternative 7 inch one? For that I would be looking at the ARM one. Much less expensive as well but the ER stuff I've bough before is top notch.

DP - Saw some good praise about the AR Design downpipes but they are very expensive compared to other vendors. Was wondering if people though others like VRSF or RVG made sense or if this is a pay for what you get case here. Ultimately question is should i js tank the higher price?

BOV vs DV - I bought the car with upgraded DVs, but see lots of talk about people having BOVs instead. Maybe I'm not educated enough on the matter but why would I prefer the air to escape the intake system if i could alternatively just keep it in there?

Outlets - I have just seen people mention these are not all that worth it. Opinions?

Intake - When i bought the car the previous owner had installed those very less than ideal hot air intake VRSF style ones that are just a little extender tube with a cone filter. I was looking around and am now planning on getting an Injen intake, cerakote-ing it, and building a custom little heatshield around it and maybe 3d print a new air scoop to direct it better. Is the Injen just as bad though? From what I've seen it look much further from the hot bits.
