1. Don't forget this dude is in Europe. Buying a kit from the US entails considerable $$$ import duties.
2. 354mm rotors are even smaller than the stock 545i stock rotors (front) - this guy mentioned that looks is an important motivating factor to change.

I've asked my local tuner to get me the part number for the Brembo Grand Turismo F50 4 piston front brake kit that fits on an E60. In the meanwhile, check out this deal. It's not Brembo, but I heard JBT makes awesome brake systems like StopTech (which may be another option for you). Eurorev was offering JBT 8 piston front and JBT 4 piston rear together for US$4900! Sure, I will ask them for a quote. I'm on vacation at the moment, but I'll email my dealer and ask for a price including discount.
