He does not include a true retrofit cable. He states that you will have to modify the connecter. You will also have faults coming up in your I-drive. The only one in the world with a true retrofit cable is Bruce Miranda and he is on these forums.

Andy, Don't worry RoverActive does not provide a true retrofit cable. He followed the thread that we wrote and now simply provides the part with my and nick's diagram as a DIY project. That won't solve issues like the fast blinking etc. And even then have you tried putting one of these cables together, its not as easy as it looks. Pulling out those connectors from the plug took me a long time to figure out, then you need to solder the wires up together. So a true DIY project.
