Don't waste your money on this chump! You will send your money and probably never receive a cable. Besides, just make it yourself. There is plenty enough information to do so on this link and with just a little searching...

Are you referring to one or both of the black plastic connector pieces that are on the left side of the pic in the very 1st picture on the 1st page of this thread? If so I have extra (had to order in bulk) that I can sell you.
