After seeing AFE dealing with their customers in this manner, I say F-them...RPI has shown much more in customer service.

But I just want to make sure ur comparing the AFE in cold weather with ur stock air box in cold weather. Also gotta compare AFE w/ and w/o RPI scoops to stock air box w/ and w/o RPI scoops also stock air box w/ or w/o RPI scoops amd w/ or w/o BMC filter.

Should not be comparing AFE in hot weather to AFE in cold weather.

I totally agree that AFE feels faster and feels like it pulls harder in higher RPMS. But this fiasco has showed me that feeling and the actuality of things are different.

Why not just keep the stock intake with RPI scoop year round? Zero problems in the summer and still better performance than AFE in the fall/winter.

So, basically you're sticking with AFE just for the sick sound that it makes?
