E60 535d Winter tyres
If the wheels are from a rear wheel drive E60 and not from an all wheel drive E60, they will fit, no matter which exact model. AWD E60's wheels have much higher offsets, and they won't fit.
However, if they are coming from an older 5er, like E39, you may need hubcentric rings, because E39 has a larger wheel hub. Widths and offsets should be inspected carefully as well in this situation.
The tyres are oversized, the right size would be 245/40 R18. I am running oversized 245/40 R19 winter tyres (their overall diameter is the same as in 245/45 R18) myself, and they don't rub. I have wider M5 front fenders installed though.

Today I went to see the wheels. Those are from 6 Series part number is 36116758777 having Dunlop RFT on them. Wheels were in good condition with very lights marks (one had a slightly big mark, but they were used so expected that much), 3 tyres very good like 6-7mm tread left, one was totally wornout.
I bought them for £260 anyway. Plan to fit winter tyres and put them on my car, please don't tell me I bought wrong item or got them costly... Wot do you say? I want to just slap 245 40 18 winter tyres on them and put it on my car.

I managed to pick up some 18" 135M wheels off eBay, and have bought new Kumho KW27 winter tyres in 245/40/18. Had them on for about 5-600 miles and so far so good. Very grippy in the cold mornings, and hopefully if/when the snow falls they will tackle that too
