update,
got the car back from the mechanic on monday. they replaced the solenoids, sleeve kit, oil and filter. i thought it was finally fixed since it shifted at the right times and didnt have any problems except hard shifting because of the adaptation reset. today it started acting weird again. when it shifted from 3 to 2 it seems like it lost pressure and it was a shuddering feeling in the gearbox when it downshifted. the shuddering was weak compared to before but it was still noticable.
i have no idea of what to do now i just wanna get it fixed and sell it

I posted it in another forum but the mechanic gave me the clutch values before the reset as well and none of the were looking bad. all of the look nice except quickcharge time clutch E but i cant feel anything wrong with it so i dont worry about it

Clutch C 2 ms
Clutch D 0 ms
Clutch E 57 ms
quickcharge pressures:
Clutch A -162 mbar

It shouldn't be acting like that even during the relearn. I would ensure it was filled with the correct amount of fluid. When you relearn it should get better over time not worse

do you think low gear oil could cause the harsh downshift in 2 gear and slipping in 2 gear when taking off from a stand still. would it not affect other gears too?

check fluids and for any leaks. its very common to not being filled correctly. I had that issue the first time I did it.

i got the fluid and filter changed in february and fluid, filter, solenoids and sleeve kit last week. did you have the exact same issues as i described? i think the mechanic know how to fill fluid on the gearbox (drain, fill, run through all the gears then fill up until in comes out of the fill hole) but it might be a leak. i think it will get someone the check it for leaks and fluid level if you had the same issues when your fluid level was to low

exact same issues. the transmission wont let you shift when fluid is too low to avoid damage. its not necessarily that he doesnt know how, its just the way that bmw has you measure it, isnt really accurate IMO. it works most of the time, but even the instructions (to me) sound like guesswork. "run till xxx degrees and fill etc" like what why cant you just give us a dipstick instead of having us guess lol. they did their best to make sure its not user serviceable.

wow. i will have them check it out. was it 3-2 gear for you too? i really hate that this car dont have a dipstick. i dont have the equipment to lift my car and check the fluid. i will call the bmw mechanic on monday and have them check it out. thanks for the help. i hope i can finally solve this issue.
