best to go aftermarket in my opinion. it usually comes down between eibach and H&R.

Aftermarket is good way to go here.... Bot of those drops 30-35mm and are good choice.
OEM sport will drop 20mm

However more conserned about using standard shocks.. Not good if you like to maintain premium quality ride feeling and not bumpy ride

Yeah it is best to save up and do struts and springs..reminder each time you go to replace either or you'll need an alignment eachtime. Koni Yellow or Billsteins in combo with H&R or Eibachs will work great

OK but have you some feeling abaut SPG springs or M tech less bumpier with std shocks vs H&R.
Looking on oictures SPG seems to lower a little more in rear vs M-Tech?

Not sure about that, I guess sport and M-tech shock are same? Can be verifyed from realoem by comparing part numbers....
However lowering should be same on those 20mm.

Don?t have any experience about std shocks and sport/m springs.. I think it?s very uncommon combo. Better option would be to find sport/m shocks and h&r or eibach springs
