You both lost me. hahaha Please explain....
Anyway, when I had DRLs, I tried replacing them with Silverstar Bulbs but they still looked yellow. I checked with people on this forum and I think the consensus was that the DRLs have a low power source so it's not strong enough to really light up the Silverstars (or any similar white bulbs) to make them look white.
These lights are also the flash-to-pass high beams so if you do have bulbs like the Silverstars, when you flash your high beams, they will then look white.
As for the foglights, many have changed theirs for the PIAA 4150K, 4300K or 4700K xenon-look bulbs. I converted mine to real HID xenons. CarLab sells the kit for about $280 and there's no error messages.
Hope that helps.

Is this the same Ron Burgundy as in the movie?
Anyway, Daytime Running Lights are halogens. If you want to upgrade your regular HID xenon lights to brighter bulbs, swap your OEM bulbs for 5500K or 6000K xenon bulbs. The OEMs are about 4300K. 5500K to 6000K bulbs will give you more light output and whiter shade. Anything above that and you start to lose brightness but the bulbs will be bluer or purplish.
