My Ride: 07 BMW 525i Premium Package, Xenon Lighting Package, manual Transmission. Titanium Grey, 20% Tint around the back, 70% V-Kool on front.
Planned mods: Style 71 wheels with Toyo Proxy 4 tires, Sachs suspension upgrade, upgraded stereo, and many more to come.
it should be 1.2" if you don't already have the sport package
if you have SP the drop is only 0.5"
i have read that the eibach is supposed to be closest to stock feel
if you thought about spring, definitely consider upgrading the shocks too, tirerack have a FSD kit (spring and shocks) for the E60 on sale for only $580, normally it's over$900

not sure if the stock shock will make it drop less (i don't think so)
but if it's me i will just get the koni fsd kit which includes the eibach springs
install itself is probably $200+ so i would do the shock as well for add'l $300
the koni fsd should be a great deal better than our stock shocks
if i don't have the sachs kit already i will definitely go that route, a complete kit for less than $600 is really a great deal.

There was a thread around a while back where the lowering springs barely dropped the car, and it was due to the fact that the springs were for a 545/550 (read - heavier), other than that I can't imagine why they would not drop the car 1.2 etc.

I went to the tirerack site and it shows $945 dollars.

you have to scroll down more, the spring and strut is 540 whatever. I was gonna go FSD but they are like sensa track struts, I wanted a true sport strut. As far as daily driving its personal preference on springs.

I checked it out last night too, and saw the same, I wonder if the set for a 545/550 is more expensive due to the extra weight??

if you set your car to 525i/530i you should see the lowered price
